1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Undergarments or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as non-returnable
3. How to Request a Return

Please include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
Under Québec consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if:
• The item is defective
• The item does not match the description
• The item is not fit for its intended use
In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer:
• Replacement, or
• Full refund
8. Late or Missing Refunds
